Another day and another workout! I really had a great time at the gym. I think for now on I will continue to go to the gym very early because it is great without a crowd of people hovering you. I got to the gym and used the treadmill. I really enjoy jogging because I feel that it strengthens my lungs almost as if it allows me to breath deeper. I just feel relaxed and ready to put in the work I need to get done. I feel that my body is getting stronger and most exercises are less difficult for me to performed but still challenging. I'm enjoying the challenge and it seems that I can actually stick to this workout. I'm on my second week and already beginning to see small gradual changes physically. Seeing these changes makes it even more worth it when I put in the hard work at the gym as it makes me push myself and give it all I have. Even when I feel tired and short breath, I keep myself going.
Today, I will start by continuing some remaining caulking for the shower door and cleaning up my mess because my room is starting to look like a construction zone. Okay, I'm not a neat freak but it does make me anxious when I see my room becoming messier and messier by the minute. I always say that I will try to put things back in place but sometimes I just don't have the energy. My new goal will be to keep things more organize and actually follow through.
