Food Journal June 10, 2011

My starting weight was 141.8 lbs, now I'm weighing 137.6 lbs. I know it may not seem as a lot but I'm burning a ton of fat and building muscle. My arms, legs, butt, and abs are getting so sculpt. So, to me it is a big change. I'm loving how much healthier I'm eating and how I'm keeping up with the workout. Also, there are days I'm more tire than others but it depends on how I sleep the night before. Other than that, I'm finding more energy and strength through the workouts.
