I'm not sure what it was but I was a little less flexible today. Usually, my favorite workout of Insanity is the Recovery DVD, however, I was in pain as I stretch certain parts of my body. I feel better now after finishing thought. I guess I was not as flexible as I thought I was. I guess I have to keep working on my flexibility!
