I decided to log my food journal on this blog. I haven't posted anything lately but I will post more often for now on. This is my 6th Week of working out daily with Chalean Extreme and Insanity hybrid workout. At first, I did not know if I would keep up with both but I'm so glad I did because I'm feeling stronger and more energize. In addition, I have changed my eating habits as I include much healthier choices. This week I started the Max intervals for Insanity which are more intense as the workout is longer and the variety is more. Also Chalean 3 month is a little more challenging as I'm lifting much heavier then with what I started.
By the way I based calorie intakes on the Benedict Equation which was provided by my Insanity food recommendation book. You can find this formula by using google. My calculated calories to lose weight is 1889...which I kind of round it to 1800 give or take. Sometimes I find it hard to eat so much.
