Salmon with Stoneground Horseradish Mustard

After a 2 hour debate with myself, I made my self go to the gym. Sometimes it is really hard to go but other times I just feel like I have to go. So, I woke up at 9:00 a.m. and got out of bed till 11:30 a.m. as I checked Cafe World, Farmville, and Mafia Wars. Finally, I changed to my gym clothes and went down stairs for some breakfast. Got to the gym at 12:00 p.m., once there I immediately got on a elliptical machine and used it for 40 minutes varying the resistance and at a incline of 12. Than I went on to the workout section of the gym to perform the different exercises that the book of Jillian Michaels ("Making the Cut") sets for each day. The workout consists of a variation of circuits that push you to your limit since you do one circuit that consists of 3-5 exercises that varies in each circuit without resting. The only time you rest is after you finish a circuit for 30 seconds only. When I got done with all the five circuits, I grab my jump rope and sweater and headed home. I felt accomplished but tired so I check my e-mail and ate some fruit and got in the shower. So, now I have 29 more days to go to see if I actually observe any good or positive changes in my body plus I definitely need to change my eating habits so no more candy, chocolate, or sour cream for me!
Here is what I cooked tonight:

Salmon with Stoneground Horseradish Mustard
1 prepacked Atlantic Fresh salmon, skinless and boneless, 2.3 lb from Costco
Kosher salt
Cilantro or Parslye (just enough to sprinkle on top of the fish)
3 tablespoons Stoneground Horseradish Mustard

First, rub the salmon with the kosher salt (I used about 1-2 tablespoon did not really measured it). Than I added the Stoneground Horseradish mustard enough to rub it on the top of the layer but not too much. I placed the fish on a glass ware and sprinkled the cilantro. I cooked the fish for 35 minutes at 380 degree and 10 extra minutes I broiled it so it would be a bit crispy on the top. That is it!

So, tomorrow I will be doing my first day of volunteering the middle school that Steve works at. I will try my best to go to the gym when I get home so I hope I don't change my mind. Ok, time to get ready for bed. Hope you all enjoy my recipe!
